Judit has always had a passion for languages. She came to the Netherlands to build a new life, learn the Dutch language and culture, and work with people. At HUMAN CAPiTAL, Judit found her perfect job where she can combine all; learning Dutch while helping people find a career. Judit is fond of animals, especially her dog, Manka, whom she enjoys training. Outside of work, you will find her working out, horse riding, swimming, or watching Netflix. Her favourite series is Prison Break and when she is not binge-watching, Judit is taking power naps.
Born and raised in Romania, Ioana came to the Netherlands four years ago to study psychology. After finishing her bachelor’s at Tilburg University, she turned her passion for helping people into a job and started her career at Human Capital. Meeting and getting the opportunity to help different people from all over the world is what Ioana loves most about her job. Ioana loves traveling and hopes that one day she will have visited every continent. Along with hearing about your dream career, she is always excited to hear your traveling stories. After finishing his Economics studies, his first job was in recruitment. In 2011, he acquired HUMAN CAPiTAL with the vision to build sustainable relationships between candidates and clients. He likes to play computer games, watch streaming services, play squash, and have celebration drinks with candidates. In between, he is also a hands-on IT recruiter. His motto: "Do or do not. There is no try.”
Responsible for the human aspect within HUMAN CAPiTAL: Started as a resourcer, then a recruitment specialist and now is the Talent Acquisition Manager. She loves playing Animal Crossing and watching sitcoms. Her passion is to save animals and, while being on holidays, she often helps out animal shelters.
Ishimwe was born on July 16, 2015. His name means “praise” or “gratitude.” In 2018 he became a big brother to Suraurwanda (whose name means “visit Rwanda”). In March 2021, HUMAN CAPiTAL proudly adopted Ishimwe symbolically. Go to gorillafund.org to see what you can do for gorillas in Rwanda.
