For our client, globally specialized in creating and delivering enterprise mobility management software, we are looking for a technical support representative. The company is part of an American organization located in Roosendaal and they are easily accessible by car or public transport.

Role description

You get to work on the support department in an informal environment and with a professional team. You will assist customers and resellers with troubleshooting and processing. throughout the Netherlands and the rest of Europe.
You will be responsible for customer calls and ticketing tracking entry.

Role demands

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology or other related disciplines
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in mobile support
  • Working experience in a customer contact center using ticketing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Perfect English is written and spoken, preferable a second European language
  • Valid working permit
  • Fulltime available
