Role Overview
TECS is seeking a Warehouse and ERP Administrative Specialist to support its warehouse and ERP operations in Hoofddorp. This role involves about 2 hours daily of hands-on warehouse activities combined with approximately 6 hours of administrative work in the Odoo ERP system, focusing on order management, purchasing, quotations, shipment, and customs documentation. This balanced position is ideal for someone who pays close attention to detail and appreciates a mix of operational and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute warehouse tasks including receiving, storing, and issuing goods for about 2 hours daily.
- Manage and process orders, quotations, transport, and customs documentation in Odoo for about 6 hours daily.
- Register goods movements, returns, and stock adjustments accurately in the ERP system.
- Coordinate transport planning and shipment documentation with carriers.
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, repair, and project teams to ensure smooth logistics flows.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or administrative support.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
- Education at MBO-4 level or higher in logistics, business administration, IT, or related field.
- Forklift certificate and VCA-Basis certification are a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-focused, precise attitude.
- Good command of English for communication with international suppliers and carriers.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
