About the Internship
We are offering a unique internship tailored for Bachelor’s and Master’s level students who are looking to build their skills in Recruitment and Human Resources. Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and attracting candidates using targeted recruitment strategies.
- Supporting the recruitment process by identifying and matching top talent with suitable opportunities.
- Qualifying and conducting interviews with candidates.
- Managing the interview process with candidates.
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
- Enhancing training and development content at Human Capital.
- Attracting new candidates and clients by creating social media content and job advertisements across platforms like Linkedin, Instagram and TikTok.
- Developing creative strategies to grow our online presence and strengthen audience interaction.
Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with access to a stable internet connection and a personal laptop.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to manage diverse tasks efficiently.
- Able to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week.
