Job Summary
As a Receptionist / Office Assistant, you will handle receptionist duties and provide administrative support to the Managing Director and COO. Your responsibilities include answering calls, booking travel, coordinating mail services, and welcoming guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct calls professionally
- Provide visitors with information and ensure security procedures are followed
- Manage shipping, express mail services, and travel arrangements
- Maintain conference room reservations and office organization
- Assist with clerical tasks, including filing and photocopying
- Handle confidential documents, NDAs, and agreements
- Support executive assistants as needed
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of receptionist experience (education/certifications may be considered)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of online shipping programs
- Fluent in English and Dutch (B2 level)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Availability: 32 hours per week
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: €2,166 gross/month (32 hours)
