Jan Andries Stam
After his studies, he worked as a door-to-door sales man and started as a recruitment consultant with HUMAN CAPiTAL in 2004. Since 2011 he is director, but is still hands-on IT recruiter in Business Intelligence and testing as a speciality.
He is a master on the phone and is responsible for the sales recruitment. His experience as an account manager in IT and the financial industry gives him an advantage to most recruiters of the Netherlands.
