Sales Support Administrator

Location: Haarlem, Netherlands

Salary: €2,500 -3000 gross per month

Benefits: 25 holidays, health insurance contribution, gym membership support, full public transport reimbursement

Role Overview:

As a Sales Support Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the EMEA Sales Team with administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. You'll handle proposals, CRM updates, reporting, and internal and external communications, making you a key part of the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft proposals for the EMEA Sales Team.
  • Update and maintain the CRM system.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports.
  • Handle inquiries and communications with internal and external clients via email.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, QA, and other departments to ensure processes run smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor level of education or thinking.
  • Proactive and organized approach to work.
  • Ability to handle stress and multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player mentality.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
